After payment you get a confirmation and a Zoom link. We only charge once the time is locked in — no "pay and wait".

Frequently asked questions

What language is the session in?

Depends on the mentor — the language is listed on their card. Sessions with Juan and Jason are in English.

When do I pay?

Only after we've confirmed a specific time with you. The request is free and non-binding.

What if no slot works out?

Nothing — you haven't paid anything. If a paid session falls through on the mentor's side, we'll refund you in full or reschedule.

Do I need to be an Ares community member?

No, private sessions are open to everyone. But community members talk to the experts in the chat every day — see how it works.

How does payment work?

By card via Paddle — the same way the community subscription is paid. VAT for your country is added on top — you'll see the final amount at checkout before paying. If your card doesn't go through, message us — we'll find another way.
