01Parties to the agreement
Services are provided by IE Bobiak Arsen (sole proprietor), registered in Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: support@aresmarketing.space. By subscribing, you enter into an agreement with the above party and accept these terms.
02Service description
Ares Marketing Hub is a private marketing community operating on the Telegram platform. A subscription grants access to the private channel and the members' chat.
03Pricing and payment
The subscription costs $25 per month (USD). Payment is charged automatically every month. Two payment options are available: by bank card via Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles taxes and compliance on its own, or by bank card or cryptocurrency via the Tribute platform (tribute.tg, registered in Cyprus) inside Telegram. No trial period is provided.
04Access provision
After a successful payment, an invitation to the private Telegram channel is sent automatically: via @AresHub_Bot (for payments made through Paddle) or via @tribute (for payments made through Tribute). The respective bot also manages renewal and termination of access based on your subscription status.
05Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in whichever way is convenient: via the community's Telegram bot, in the @tribute bot (for subscriptions purchased through Tribute), by contacting support through the Telegram bot, or by email: support@aresmarketing.space. Access to the community remains until the end of the paid period, after which it is terminated automatically.

Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
07Community rules
By joining the community you agree to follow the Ares Marketing Hub Community Rules. The rules govern behavior in chats, the format of questions to experts, restrictions on distributing materials, and the sanctions system. The provider reserves the right to remove a member who violates the rules, without a refund for the unused period.
08Intellectual property
All community materials are the property of Ares Marketing Hub. Personal use is permitted; commercial use, copying and distribution are prohibited.
09Limitation of liability
Ares Marketing Hub does not guarantee any specific commercial or other results from participating in the community. All materials are informational and educational in nature.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We notify subscribers of changes by email no later than 7 days before they take effect.
