01Data controller

02What data we collect

We collect the minimum set of data required to provide the service: your email address, subscription status (active / inactive) and Telegram ID. We do not receive or store payment data (card numbers and details) — it is processed exclusively by the payment platforms Paddle or Tribute, depending on the payment method you choose.

03Legal basis for processing

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 GDPR on the basis of contract performance (providing access to the community in exchange for a paid subscription) and the user's consent given when subscribing.

04How we use the data

The data is used solely for: processing payments via Paddle or Tribute, providing and maintaining access to the Telegram community via the @AresHub_Bot Telegram bot, and communicating with you about your subscription.

05Data processors

To deliver the service we use the following processors: Paddle (payments, USA) — acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment data, taxes and compliance; Tribute (payments, Cyprus) — payment platform for subscriptions purchased inside Telegram (cards and cryptocurrency), processes payment data for such purchases; Vercel (website hosting and anonymised web analytics, USA); Telegram (community platform); @AresHub_Bot (our own Telegram bot for automated access management after payment); Tolt (USA) — affiliate program tracking, processes data about visits via affiliate links.

06Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics — anonymised visit statistics. It sets no cookies, creates no persistent identifiers and does not track you across other sites: only aggregated data on page views, referral sources, country and device type is collected. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tools.

The only cookie this site uses is the Tolt affiliate program cookie: if you arrived at the site via an affiliate link, it stores the partner's identifier for up to 30 days so that we can correctly credit their reward. This cookie is set only with your consent, which you can give or decline in the notice on the site. Declining does not restrict access to the site or the service.

07Data retention

We keep your email and subscription history for the duration of your subscription and for as long as required to meet our obligations to tax authorities. Payment data is stored only by Paddle and Tribute under their respective policies. Your Telegram ID and subscription status are stored for the duration of the subscription and after its termination — to the extent necessary for record-keeping, abuse prevention and compliance with legal obligations. Upon your request, data is deleted unless we have a legal basis for keeping it.

08International data transfers

Paddle and Vercel are located in the USA. Data transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring a level of protection consistent with the GDPR. Tribute is registered in Cyprus (EU), so its data processing is subject to the GDPR directly.

09Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, port it (data portability), object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to support@aresmarketing.space.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We notify subscribers of changes by email no later than 7 days before they take effect.
